Durai Vaiko Meets TN CM Vijay, Submits Development Demands
Chennai: Durai Vaiko, Principal Secretary of the Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (MDMK), met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Joseph Vijay at his residence in Chennai on Thursday evening and submitted a detailed memorandum outlining key demands.
The memorandum focused on the development of the Tiruchirappalli Parliamentary constituency, farmers’ welfare, industrial growth, and long-pending public infrastructure projects. During the meeting, Durai Vaiko presented several proposals aimed at accelerating growth in Central Tamil Nadu and improving overall regional development.
The Chief Minister listened to the representations and assured that the demands would be carefully examined, with appropriate action to be taken based on feasibility and priority.
