Rajouri Joint Anti-Terror Operation Enters 15th Day in Dense Border Forests
RAJOURI: A massive, high-stakes counter-terrorism grid spearheaded by the Indian Army, the Jammu and Kashmir Police, and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has entered its 15th consecutive day, targeting deep inside the frontier district’s rugged terrains. Security forces have established a dense, multi-layered cordon and search operation (CASO) across the heavily forested and treacherous pockets of Gambhir Mughlan and Dorimal, located within the volatile Manjakote sector. Armed with specialized tactical gear and thermal imaging equipment, the joint forces are methodically tracking a group of heavily armed terrorists believed to be taking refuge in natural cave hideouts and thick undergrowth. Due to the high-risk nature of the active combing grid, authorities have deferred the release of visual media and completely restricted live operational details to maintain tactical surprise and ensure the safety of frontline personnel engaged in the ongoing dragnet.
